Westbang 1.2 is an action game program re-make of an original 8 bit game made for the now obsolete ZX Spectrum and older computers that enables users to play the game on more modern PCs. This new version of Westbang 1.2 has an animated introduction and players have to take on the role of a nameless legendary character and guide the character through 25 missions that are set in the environment of the old wild western movies. The character is a legendary sheriff who needs to protect a bank in a western town from bank robbers or bandits.
In Westbang 1.2 you have the scenario where a huge amount of money, $500,000 is deposited in the bank by a railway company. The money in the bank is to pay the wages of those who work on the railway. In his campaign to keep the money from falling into the wrong hands, the character sheriff meets over 20 other characters featured in the game, including roughnecks and lone killer cowboys. The game is an action role playing game and ultimately you will be able to complete all the missions, which start off easy and progress in difficulty, to the final fight climax to save the $500,000 that is at stake. |
